Photo by Joan Heffler Your Summer of Fun will Start in Our Management/Supervisory Staff for Summer 2010: Mitch Silver – Camp Administrative Director Andy Katz – Camp Director (15th Summer with Camp) Rachel Kutil – Assistant Camp Director (14th Summer with Camp) Mark Weintraub –Executive Director of SJCC Andrea Golub – Camp Committee, Co-Chair Linda Presler – Camp Committee, Co-Chair Travel Camp Director - Sarah Hunt Travel Camp Galgalim provides the opportunity to explore the sites and activities of the surrounding community in a safe, enjoyable and structured program. The safety and enjoyment of the campers is paramount in this program. Trips will include theme parks, state parks, laser tag and much, much more! In addition to the daily trips, Travel Campers will also participate in recreational swim, Oneg Shabbat and many of the special events which are part of Camp Chaverim. Travel campers arriving before and/or staying after camp hours will be supervised by camp staff unless we receive written permission from parents or guardians. Permission forms will be available at camp orientation. The Teen Lounge will be the site of the Travel Camp extended day program, which is staffed from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m., and 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. New trips this summer!!! While in town they will stay with volunteer families. If your family may be interested in volunteering as a host family please call Mitch or Andy @ 377-8803. * The Robert & Dorothy Ludwig Schenectady Jewish Community Center reserves the right to modify the schedule due to weather conditions and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
