Trunk Twists with Medicine Ball

Targets: abs, obliques

 

Step 1:

How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 1

Keep your back straight and lift your feet up off of the ground.

 

Step 2:

How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 2

While holding the medicine ball in hand, start twisting through a full rotation from hip to hip.

 

Step 3:

How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 3

Complete the desired number of repetitions while maintaining proper form throughout the entire exercise.
