Medicine Ball

Keep
your back straight and lift your feet up off of the ground. |

While
holding the medicine ball in hand, start twisting through a full rotation
from hip to hip. |

Step

|
Complete
the desired number of repetitions while maintaining proper form throughout
the entire exercise. |
