Step

Start
with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, your knees bent,
your buttocks pushed slightly outwards, your shoulders pulled back and square
and your core muscles tight. |

Step
2: |

Now
with your arms straight and at shoulder height, twist your body 90 degrees keeping
your chin and thumbs in line with one another, squeezing your obliques
through the entire range of motion. |
|
Step
3: |
|
Return
90 degrees to the center starting point and repeat action. |
