Trunk Twist

 

Step 1:

How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 1

Start with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart, your knees bent, your buttocks pushed slightly outwards, your shoulders pulled back and square and your core muscles tight.

 

Step 2:

How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 2

Now with your arms straight and at shoulder height, twist your body 90 degrees keeping your chin and thumbs in line with one another, squeezing your obliques through the entire range of motion.

 

Step 3:

How to do this Obliques Exercise: Step 3

Return 90 degrees to the center starting point and repeat action.
