Silver Sneakers
We are proud to host the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program at the JCC. Participants in the CDPHP Medicare Choice program are eligible to join the SilverSneakers® at no cost. Please call our Membership office to make arrangements for a registration and tour of our facility.
We offer several SilverSneakers® classes throughout the week. Please review our Group Fitness schedule for class days and times.
