SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -
When it comes to making New Year's resolutions, health and fitness goals are usually the most popular.
According to a University of Scranton study, only 8 percent of people complete their fitness resolutions. The Schenectady Jewish Community Center is trying to change those stats.
JCC Fitness Director Terry Santoro oversees the fitness center, including all group exercise classes and person training at the gym.
The fitness centers offers more than 60 group fitness classes each week - ranging from water fitness to indoor spinning classes.
