This is a program designed to allow middle-school age members to become proficient users of the weight and cardio equipment.
Get More Out of the Fitness Center
One session per week you'll be directly coached and trained by
Guido Posso, Fitness Director.
Five Monday sessions, 5-6 pm:
September 13, 20, 27; October 4, 11.
Make-up date: October 18.
