Water Exercise Classes

 

The SJCC has recently taken workouts from only the Fitness Center and submerging them into aqua workout classes.

Exercising in water makes you feel lighter. When you jump or run in the water, your body does not experience the same impact that these moves cause on land. This is a great way to work out for those who have arthritis, back problems, foot or leg injuries and knee conditions.
