Our licensed massage therapist, Nancy Shramek, will respond to the tone you wish to set, and the type of massage that is safest and most beneficial to you.

Every Tuesday, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Come join others in what is a slower, modified version of tennis, yet just as fun!
Played with a Wiffle ball and paddle, it has been described as a life-sized version of ping pong.
Free for members, $3 for non-members

Fee: $30 per year. Please remember to sign in when utilizing physical education facilities. Your valuables can be checked at the Physical Education Control desk during any visit at no charge.
