The SJCC is continually trying to add to its already extensive list of classes, which include Spinning, Zumba, TRX, High Intensity Interval Training, Yoga, Total Body Sculpt, Pilates, Silver Sneakers, Cardio Circuit & Core, Balletone, and many more.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or fitness level.

All group exercise classes are FREE to members.*

Non Members are welcome to take a class and pay on a per class basis.  

* Some premium classes have a charge.
