SENIOR EXERCISE
A water exercise program designed just for seniors. Easy water exercise takes place in the shallow end of the pool.
Monday , Wednesday, Friday 8:00 am - 8:45 am
One day: Members Free, Non Members $40
Two days: Members $5, Non Members $45
Three days: Members $10, Non Members $50
AQUA AEROBICS
This is a stimulating water aerobics program for all ages designed to improve muscle tone, body strength, and flexibility. All of the exercise benefits of a regular aerobics class without the impact of a solid floor. Exercise can be modified for different levels.
Mondays & Tuesday 9:00-9:45am
One day: Members $35, Non Members $60
Two days: Members $45, Non Members $80
