Swim Lessons
Session 3 : Sunday February 5 - Saturday April 7, 2012.
Swimming lessons can provide you and your child with new found confidence and skills which could save a life,
and will last for life. As well as being a fantastic form of exercise, swimming is great fun and a rewarding hobby.

Parent and Child
This program is for children age 6 months to 3 years.
Parent and child are in the water. It helps children get used to the aquatic environment.
Wednesdays 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Sundays 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
Fee: Members $40.00 Non Member $75.00
Pre School
This class is for children from 3-5 years of age.
It teaches children to feel comfortable in the water. We work on floating and movement in the water.
Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Sundays 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm
Fee: Members $40.00 Non Member $75.00
Swim Lessons
The American Red Cross Learn to Swim program is taught at the JCC by certified water safety instructors and aids.
If you are not sure in which level to place your child, please contact Walter.

Aquatics classes will not be held when Niskayuna Schools are not in session.
Pick up a class schedule at the office when you register.
The SJCC Reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrolment.Sign up early to avoid classes being canceled.
Please note: We limit class size to give your child the best possible lesson. If the need arises we will try to add another instructor to accommodate more children.
