AQUA AEROBICS
This is a stimulating water aerobics program for all ages designed to improve muscle tone, body strength, and flexibility. All of the exercise benefits of a regular aerobics class without the impact of a solid floor. Exercise can be modified for different levels.

Mondays & Tuesday 9:00-9:45am


One day: Members   $35,  Non Members  $60 Two days:Members  $45,  Non Members  $80


EVENING AQUA EXERCISE
Monday evenings from 7:00 pm - 7:45 pm
Join us in the evening for an exercise work out in the water. This class is a combination of deep and shallow water exercise.

Members: Free     Non Members: $ 45
